Central Division Team of the Year Photos - 2009

Bill Sutton of Lindenhurst, IL and Bill Vojak of Antioch, IL earn the title of Central Division Team of the Year. Over the 2009 Central Division season they continuous improved as they finished 20th place at Spring Valley, IL followed by a 15th place finish on Lake Pepin, MN, and then a strong 2nd place finish on the Bay of Green Bay. Their hard work made for a very good year, providing them $3,180 and beautiful new trophies for the honor.

Steve 'Pinky' Sandor of Ottawa, IL and Adam Sandor of Tonica, IL won the Central Division Father & Son Team of the Year award. They began the year strong with a 1st place win at Spring Valley, IL earning them $16,550, and then finished at 66th place on Lake Pepin, MN and 44th place on the Bay of Green Bay. This family team has made a strong father and son team in the Cabela's MWC for the past 16 years; fishing the MWC since Adam was 15 years old.

Steve and Dan Bodinger of Chilton, WI won the Central Division Brothers Team of the Year award. They began the year well at Spring Valley, IL finishing 13th place winning them $1,700, and then finished at 34th place on Lake Pepin, MN and 58th place on the Bay of Green Bay. This is the Cabela's MWC first year to award a Central Division Brothers Team of the Year title and the Bodingers well deserve the honor.

Cliff and Leslie Banks of Spring Valley, IL won the Central Division Husband & Wife Team of the Year award. The Banks had a steady year finishing 63rd at Spring Valley, IL, 65th on Lake Pepin, MN and 63rd on the Bay of Green Bay. Besides this Cabela's MWC honor, Cliff Banks was elected as Mayor of Spring Valley, IL in 2009.
